Feature Shoot for early 2014
Casting late 2013 for 4-6 main characters.
Based on actual events.
Rehearsal and shoot approx. 2 months.
Shooting begins in 2010 for Frogbead's new film featuring Children and Young people of Drama Club/Youth Theatre at Little Theatre Rhyl.
The film will be shot on Location in and around Rhyl and Prestatyn and feature some local characters with the main stars being Drama Club/Youth Theatre members.
The Film will be entered into Channel 4s short film catergory and submitted to Virgin Media Short Films competition as well as other media coverage.
The premiere of the film is to be held at a cinema where press, radio and tv are invited as well as general public.
The film will be shot in High Definition and copies released after premiere night and release to other media.
Copies of the film will be made available on DVD
The whole shoot will last approx. 4 weeks and then edited over the following week. An original music score will be created in post production.
All the young people involved in the production will be required to provide consent from parent/guardian through proper channels prior to shooting.
Producer, Writer, Director and crew are all professionals and cleared through CRB Enhanced channels. All staff are Police checked and are rigourously vetted.
Update: August 11th 2010 Shooting has now finished and film is in post-production for Premiere night at The Scala Cinema, Prestatyn in early October.
Also premiere at Rhyl Cinema planned for Autumn 2011
